to tender for the supply of the following equipments :

• Nº5 : Belts
Companies interested by this announcement, may withdraw the instructions
tender book against a non refindable payment of : 5.000 DA per instructions book

The bidders must join to their offer the administrative, the fiscal and
parafiscal (special taxation) documents required in the instructions tender book.
The bids must be addressed under double sealted fold : the outer jacket should
be anonymous and should comprise only the mention :
“Appel d’offres national et international nº01/08
Soumission à ne pas ouvrir”
It twill contain two envelopes, one for the technical offer, the other for the
financial offer.
The bids must be addressed via recommended fold or directly deposited at :

The deadline of proposals deposit is fixed to thirty (30) days at 4PM from the
first (1st) day of the publication of this notice in the national daily newspapers.
The bidders will remain committed by their proposals for a 90 days period,
from the deadline date.
All bids received beyond the deadline will not be accepted.
