OBJECT : The National agency of railway
investments realization study and follow,-bargains and
legal affairs direction, launches a national and an
international restricted call to tender for :
A legal assistance to the National agency of railway
investments realization study and follow (ANESRIF)
Eligibility : this national and international restricted
call to tender is addressed to the chambers having at
least 05 years of exercise, and an experience at an
international level in business and societies laws,
similar conventions with companies and files treated in
front of the chamber of arbitration transmission method
: national and international restricted call to tender
addressed only to chambers of adviser lawyers in
accordance to the conditions fixed in the booklet of
conditions.

chambers who wish to participate can withdraw the

Against the payement of a non reimbursed sum of :
For the algerian tenderers : 50.000 da to the
ANESRIF account n°00 100 647 0 300 300 390 55 to
the national algerian bank (BNA) Rouiba agency -
Alger.
For the foreign tenderers : 500.00 euros to the
ANESRIF account n°00 100 647 03 100 100 12 95 to
the national algerian bank ( BNA) Rouiba agency -
Alger
The delivery of the consultation file will be done
against the presentation of a payment receipt delivered
by the national algerian bank
The file will be delivered to the tenderer or to the
representative duly mandated
Date limite of the deposit of the offers : the date
limite of the deposit of the offers is fixed at 30 days
from the date of the first publication of the present call
in the BOMOP or the national newspapers
The hour and the date of the deposit of the offers is
fixed in the booklet of conditions
Offers validity delay :
The tenderers remain engaged by their offers during
90 days from the date limite of the deposit of the offers
Offers presentation : Offers accompanied with the
demanded documents must be presented according to
the conditions fixed in the consultation file in two
separated bids
The First bid : that contain the first volume and
comprise the mention :
“Technical offer” and the documents in accordance
with the rules and that contain the original technical
offer with the documents in accordance with the rules
in two copies
The second bid : that contain the second volume and
the mention “financial offer” and that contain the
original financial offer in two copies
The two bids must be separated and placed in an
anonymous closed and sealed bid that contain the
following mention :
