N°03/DL/2008

Air Navigation National Establishment initiates a national and international opened call for tender
n°03/DL/2008 for :
“Supplying of thirteeen (13) pylones of lighting parking lot planes of the airport of Alger Houari-Boumediene”
All the concerned tenderers can withdraw the statement of requirements against a compulsory
non refundable payment of (3 000,00) algerian dinars at :

The proposals shall contain the following documents :
Technical fold : fold should contain the following pieces :
- Dated and signed technical offer ;
- Dated and signed declaration to subscribe ;
- Signed statement of requirements without reference to the amount ;
- The constituted submissiveness guaranty by an algerian bank or a foreign bank accepts by an
algerian bank ;
- Statutes of the society tenderer ;
- Trade register of the society tenderer ;
-Financial balance sheet of the three last years certified by the auditor and stamped by tax service ;
- Documents proving that the tenderer being cleared with Algerian tax and social services and
those of the origin country, according to the case ;
- Descriptive techniques argued of all documents (prospectus, photos, CDROM, etc diagrams) ;
-Certificate of pylon conformity in accordance with arrangements of the article 4 of the statement
of requirements (certificate of mark) ;
- Delegations to people authorized to hire the tenderer ;
- In the case of grouping, the constituent act of the grouping, while specifying the part of each,
with designation of the line chief.
Financial fold : fold should contain the following pieces :
- Dated and signed technical offer ;
- The slip retailed of the dated unit prices ;
- Dated and signed quantitative and approximate estimate.
The proposals should be put at the above address in a closed and anonymous envelope containing
two distinct folds :
One (01) technical fold closed structural besides the mention “Pli technique”, the name or the
company name as well as the tenderer’s address, one (01) financial fold closed structural besides the
mention “Pli financier”, the name or the company name as well as the tenderer’s address.
It will be written on the outer envelope containing the two folds the only following indication :

- The withdrawal of the statement of requirements will be done by a delegated person holding an
authorisation.
- The deadline of proposals deposit is fixed to saturday 29 march 2008 (limited hour : : 12h00)
- The tenderers will remain committed by their proposals for a 120 days period, from the final
date of submission of tenders.
- The tenderers are invited to the opening of the technical folds on saturday 29 march 2008 at 13h30
at the same place where the bids tender were submitted.
