The Ministry of Land Planning and Environmert issues a national and an
international restricted invitation for bids conceming : “the Construction of a
technical Burying Centre for industrial special Wastes in Ain Fouris Place,
at the City (Commune) of Bir El-Atter in the Wilaya of Tebessa”
A set of bidding documents is available for the inierested Enterprises
having realized at least two (02) technical Buiying Centres for special wastes.
The Enterprises interested by this invitation for bids could withdraw the set
bidding to the non repayable sum of 3000 DZA, at the following address :

The submissions must be sent to the indicated address above in a limited
period of 60 days starting from the publication day in natiomd daily newspapers.
The opening of offers will be made in presence of the representatives of the
bidders who want to attend the operation of opening the offers at 02.00 PM in
the day corresponding to the last day of the limited period at 01.00 PM in the
Ministry of Land Planning and the Environment.
The submissions must be accompaninied by a doposit for submission in
Algerian Dinar of an amount superior to 1% of the submission or the equivalent
in foreign currency. The submissions arrived after the date limit will be
rejected.
The submissions, in double copies accornpanied by the legal documents,
shall be handed at the address mentioned above in a double envelope sealed
anonymously with the following expression :
