NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED
CALL FOR TENDER N°04/DL/2008

Air Navigation National Establishment initiates
a National and International restricted call
for tender N°04/DL/2008 for :
"Supplying of piece shares of spare for the
maintenance of the
electric facilities and beaconing of the airport
of alger Houari Boumediene"
All the concerned tenderers will withdraw
the statement of requirements against a compulsory
non refundable payment of (5.000,00)

The proposal shall contain the following
documents :
Technical fold : fold should contain the following
pieces :
❖ Dated and signed technical offer;
❖ Dated and signed declaration to subscribe;
❖ Signed statement of requirements without
reference to the amounts;
❖ The guaranty of submissiveness;
❖ Statutes of the society tenderer;
❖ Trade register of the society tenderer;
❖ Attestation of solvency of the tenderer's
bank;
❖Documents proving the tenderer being
cleared with Algerian tax and social services and
those of the origin country, according to the case;
❖ The declaration on the honor of the tenderer
duly dated and signed that he/it is not under
the influence of a procedure of liquidation, seizure
or all other situation that would prevent him
of tenderer, to honor his/her/its engagements and
to achieve his/her/its benefits in rules of the art;
❖ The certificate of facilities conformity in
accordance with arrangements of the article 4 of
the statement of requirements (Certificate of
mark);
❖ Delegations to people authorized to hire
the tenderer;
❖ Police record of people authorized to hire
the society;
❖ The address, telephone numbers, of fax,
addresses email, fixed for all relative correspondence
to this file;
❖ Planning of delivery.
Financial fold : fold should contain the following
pieces :
❖ Dated and signed submissiveness;
❖ The slip retailed of the dated unit prices of
the different pieces by share.
The proposals should be put at the above
address in a closed and anonymous envelope
containing two distinct folds :
One (01) anonymous technical fold and one
(01) anonymous financial fold with the mention
" Pli Technique " on the envelope containing the
technical offer and the mention" Pli Financier"
on the envelope containing the financial offer.
It will be written on the outer envelope
containing the two folds the only following indication

“SOUMISSION A NE PAS OUVRIR”
> The withdrawal of the statement of requirements
will be done by a delegated person holding
an authorisation.
> The deadline of proposals deposit is fixed
to Monday 31 March 2008 (limited hour:
12h00).
> The tenderers will remain committed by
their proposals for a 120 days period, from the
final date of submission of tenders.
> The tenderers are invited to the opening of
the technical folds on Monday 31 March 2008
at 13h30 at the same place where the bids tender
were submitted.
