The Ministry for the tourism and Regional planning,de the Environment launches a
bearing invitation to tender national and international restricted "Study of depollution of
the site of cliff of the complex of zinc electrolysis (ALZINC) located in the town of
Ghazaouet, Wilaya de Tlemcen".
This invitation to tender addresses to the engineering and design departments having
experience in the field of management,le treatment and the dangerous special waste
disposal as well as depollution, decontamination and the rehabilitation of the contaminated
sites.
The engineering and design departments specialized interested by these invitation to
tender can withdraw the schedule of conditions, against the nonrefundable sum of 1500
DA, near :

The offers must be sent to the address indicated above at the latest 45 days starting from
its publication on the national daily newspapers.
The folds will be open in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish
to attend the meeting of opening of the folds the last day corresponding to the limiting date
of deposit of the offers to 13:00 hours and the opening of the local folds with 14h00 to the
seat of the Ministry for the Environment and Regional planning.
The recues offers after the allowed time will be rejected.
The offers, in double specimen, accompanied by the lawful parts, must arrive at the
ministry under double folds sealed being marked :

With not opening"
The tenderers remain committed by their offers during 120 days as from the limiting
date of deposit of the offers.
