3. The guaranty of submission, containing the mention :
“Caution de soumission”
The two offers, technical and financial, acompanied by the guaranty of submisison, must be
addressed under a main sealed envelope, the outer jacket must be anonymous and should comprise
only the mention :
“National and international
invitation to tender restricted n°05/DG/DED/2008”
“Projest management for realization and equipment of a specialized module in
international traffic - Redevelopment and renewal of equipments in terminal area
of the “Es-Sénia” Airport (Current Terminal and Cargo Area)”
“Submisison not to be opened”
The sclosing date for the sublisisons is fixed in the 45 days from 8h00 to 16h00, starting
from the first publication date of this opinion in the national press, at 14h00.
The tenders arriving after the limiting date of deposit folds will not be taken int account.
The bidders are invited the same day, corresponding to the limiting date, to attend the
opening of the offers, which will take place, at 15h00 in the above mentioned address
(Direction générale de l’EGSA-Oran).

The Establishment of Managment of Airport Service of Oran (EGSA-Oran) launches
an invitation restraint to tender national and international for :
“Projest management for realization and equipment of a specialized module in
international traffic - Redevelopment and renewal of equipments in terminal area
of the “Es-Sénia” Airport (Current Terminal and Cargo Area)”
Only the Engineering and design departments qualified into Airport are alowed to contribute
The interested companies can withdraw the instructions tender book, against payment
of 15000 DA, from :
“EGSA d’Oran/Direction de l’équipement et de développement, Aéroportan invitation restraint to tender national and international for :
“Projest management for realization and equipment of a specialized module in
international traffic - Redevelopment and renewal of equipments in terminal area
