COMPETITIVE CALL FOR TENDER
INITIAL WORK OF THE TAGHARIST DAM IN THE WILAYA OF KHENCHELA

The National Agency for Dams and Water
Tranfers called here after “the Service
Contracting” invites by this restricted national and
international invitation to tender, the companies
and consortia to present their technical and
financial proposals in order to carry out : “Initial
work of the Tagharist dam is the wilaya of
Khenchela”.
The project is composed of the following
works :
- Dam earth with argillaceous core 41 m
height
- Spill way in tulip.
- Vertical intake water.
- Bottom outlet.
- Provisory diversion gallery with upstream
a coffer dam.
The work load is of :
- Excavation : 452.000 m3.
- Fill : 1.285.000 m3.
- Concrete : 32.000 m3.
- Drillings : 52.500 ml.
- Injection : 2.150 T
The tenders will join to his offer, a bid bond
which should be greater than 1% of the amount of
the offer expressed in dinars all inclusive of tax or
the equivalent in currencies; the bid bond will be
put in a sealed envelope whose technical offer and
will not be open only with the financial offer.
The bidding documents are available against
the payment of a non refundable sum of 50.000
DA (fifty thousand dinars), in favor of the
“National Agency of Dams and Transfers
(ANBT)”.
The companies and consortia interested by this
notice are invited to withdraw the tender

The offers accompanied by the professional
references and administrative parts required by the
regulation in force must be given under sealed
envelope.
The outer envelope will carry, in addition to
address referred to above the following
indication :
“INITIAL WORK OF THE DAM
TAGHARIST, W. KHENCHELA.
DO NOT OPEN
Will contain two envelopes :
• The first envelope : Technical proposal
• The second envelope : Financial proposal
The offers will have to arrive, under closed

The latest date for the submittal is : 10/05/2008
at 10 am.
The public opening of the tehncial bids will
take place the same day at 11 am, to the seat of the
national agency of dams and transfers.
The date of opening of financial folds will be
communicated to the candidates selected at the
end.
