and international call for tender
N°02/2008

A restricted national and international call for
tender is launched to the only companies or holding,
qualified in the area of building task and considered
as their principal activity, have a two (II) or higher
rank according to the Algerian classification of
Contractors or the equivalent for the overseas
contractors for the realization of the :
Study and Realization of 550 public’s socials
housings in Tlemcen (located in Boudjlida)
With Road and various reticulations (VRD)
The tenderers can withdraw the schedule of
conditions at the Promotion and Estate
Management Office of Tlemcen against the
payment of 3.000,00 DA.
The tenders should obligatory included the
documents required by the Algerian legislation,
namely the components of the technical and the
financial tenders.
The tenders should be presented on closed
and anonymous folds containing two separated
closed envelops one envelop having the mention
technical tender and containing the technical
tender, the other envelop having the mention
financial tender and containing the financial
tender, the two envelops wili be put in one
external envelop that will bear on its faces the
following mentions :

of the O.P.G.I. of Tlemcen”

I) Technical offer : Containing the following
lawful parts (renewed and equalized) :
- Statute of the company (case of company)
- Copy approval of Study Bureau
- Copy legalized of Register trade
- Copy of extracted of roles audited (less than
03 months) for companies installed in Algeria.
- Update (CNAS, CASE OUR,
CACOBATPH) for nationals companies or
foreign companies settled in Algeria
- Notebook of specials prescripts
- Notebook of technical prescipts
- Criminal Record of the manager
- The instruction to the tenders signed
- The declaration to be subscribed
- Certificate of qualification and professional
classification (in the field of in the area of
building task) or equivalent
- The list of human means framing to
mobilize for the project
- Professional references with the supporting
documents
- List of the material means
- Completion periods-planning
- Graphic folder of the project (02 plans
1,00x0,80 m)
- A bid bond (original) equal or upper than 1% of
the amount of the tender in including all taxes or the
equivalent in currencies for the foreign companies
II) Financial offer : Containing the
following lawful parts :
- Letters of tender
- Proposed amount (study, realization and VRD) signed
- The unit price schedule signed
- The quantitative and estimated estimate signed.
The deadline of the deposit of the tenders is
fixed at 45 days before 13 pm from the first
publication of this call in the national daily news
papers or BOMOP.
The tenders will remain committed by their
tenders for a period of 180 days from the limit
date of the remittance of the tenders.
The tenders are allowed to assistat the public
opening tenders meeting that will be held in the
last date of the remittance of the tenders at 14h
pm at the Promotion and Estate Management
Office of Tlemcen
