Dans te cadre de la mise en oeuvre de t'ordonnance nº01-04 du 20 août 2001 relative à
l'organisation, la gestion et la privatisation des EPE, la Société de Gestion des
Participations «Equipements Industriels et Agricoles» (SGP EQUIPAG) lance un avis
d'appel à manifestations d'intérêts national et international à l'attention des partenaires
potentiels intéressés par une prise de participation dans le capital social de la
société de Matériels de Béton «SOMAB» sise à El-Harrach-Alger, filiale relevant à
100% de l'EPE ENMTP Spa.
CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION AU PRESENT APPEL A MANIFESTATIONS
D'INTERETS :
Les candidats potentiels intéressés par le présent avis à manifestations d'intérêts national.
et international, doivent faire parvenir sous pli fermé à la SGP EQUIPAG une
manifestation d'intérêt écrite accompagnée des éléments d'informations relatifs au
candidat, ci-après indiqués :
- Les copies légalisées des statuts de la société;
- L'adresse, Téléphone, Fax, Site Internet ou Email;
- Les principales activités et informations relatives à la société;
- Les références professionnelles du candidat;
- Les bilans et comptes d'exploitation des trois (03) derniers exercices sociaux;
- Le nom du président directeur général de la société;
- Une habilitation écrite du signataire par l'organe délibérant de la société;
- Le nom de la banque domiciliataire;
- Une déclaration de non-faillite et de non-règlement judiciaire;
- Ainsi que tout autre élément d'information utile.
Les candidats intéressés par le présent avis d'appel à manifestations d'intérêts
national et international devront envoyer ou déposer (contre accusé de réception) une
manifestation d'intérêt écrite tel que précisé ci-avant et ce du 18 février 2008 au 17
mars 2008 à 16h30 délai de rigueur, à l'adresse indiquée ci-dessous :

Les candidats retenus seront saisis à compter du 19 mars 2008 pour retirer ou
pour leur faire parvenir à titre gracieux le document termes de référence portant sur
les modalités et conditions de soumission devant leur permettre de présenter à la SGP
EQUIPAG une offre technique et financière.

As part of the implantation of ordinance n° 01-04 dated 20th August 2001 relating
to the organization, management and privatization of Economic Public Companies,
the Industrial and Agricultural Equipment Share Holding Management Company
(SGP EQUIPAG) invites expression of interest to the prospective partners interested
by the stake holding in the registered capital of the concrete beton material company
"SOMAB" - El Harrach - Alger, subsidiary owned at 100 % by the Economic Public
companies ENMTP Spa.
Requirements for participating :
The prospective candidates interested by this notice inviting national and international
expressions of interest shall send in a sealed envelope to EQUIPAG a written
expression of interest supported by the following information about the candidate :
- Authenticated copy of the articles of association of the company.
- Address, phone, fax numbers, web site and Email.
- Main information and trades of the company.
- Professional reference of the candidate.
- Balance sheets and operating accounts for the last three (03) years.
- The name of the President-Chief executive officer of the company.
- Written empowerment of the signatory by the board of the company.
- Name of the domiciling bank
- Certificate of non - bankruptcy and non- receivership
- And any other informative document.
The candidates interested by this notice inviting national and international
expression of interest shall send or deposit (against an acknowledgement of receipt) a
written expression of interest as described above from 18 February 2008 to 17 march
2008 at 4.3Opm, at the following address :

The selected candidates shall be contacted from 19 march 2008 in order to
withdraw gracefully the terms of reference document setting out the submission
modalities and conditions to allow the candidate to make a technical and
financial offer to SGP EQUIPAG.
