un avis d’appel d’offres national et international en vue de
l’acquisition de :
- Lot nº1 : un (01) Remorqueur 1200 cv
- Lot nº2 : une (01) Grue sur chenilles capacité 100 T
- Lot nº3 : un (01) Bull dozer 300 cv
- Lot nº4 : deux (02) Porte-engins capacité 90 T
Les soumissionnaires intéressés par le présent avis d’appel
d’offres peuvent retirer le cahier des charges, contre paiement de la
somme de 5 000 DA auprès de la Direction Générale à l’adresse
suivante :

Seuls les fabricants de matériel objet du présent avis d’appel
d’offres sont concernés.
Les offres accompagnées des pièces réglementaires doivent être
déposées ou expédiées par voie postale sous double pli cacheté et
anonyme à l’adresse sus-indiquée.
L’enveloppe extérieure devra porter uniquement la mention :
A.O.N.I. Nº01/DG/08 - Soumission à ne pas ouvrir
La date limite de dépôt des offres est fixée à 30 jours à compter
de la date de la première parution du présent avis.
Les soumissionnaires resteront engagés par leurs offres pendant
120 jours à compter de la date d’ouverture des plis.

The Society of East Maritime Works - SOTRAMEST - open a
note of bid invitation for the purchase of :
- Lot nº1 : one (01) Tug-boat 1200 cv
- Lot nº2 : one (01) Tracked crane capacity 100 T
- Lot nº3 : one (01) Bulldozer 300 cv
- Lot nº4 : two (02) Machine carrier capacity 90 T
The underwriters who are interested by the present bid
invitation can withdraw the conditions of contract by paying the sum
of 5.000 Algerian Dinar to the general direction situated in the
following address :

Only the manufacturers of the materials object of the present bid
invitation are concerned.
The bids accompanied by regular papers should be expedited by
the post under the form of a double pleat sealed and anonym to the
address cited before.
The exterior envelop shall contain the following mentions :

The date of depositing the bids is fixed within 30 days from the
date of the first publication of the present note.
The underwriters still engaged by their bids during 120 days from
the date of the pleat opening.
